Client money is held in segregated client 'safeguarding' accounts using our global Tier 1 banking partners. It means all client funds are held separately from any company money or assets in order to comply with regulations.

Depending on your country of residence we may require additional documentation such as proof of address and additional proof of identity. We will request any documents required. 

We charge you no fees and no commission when you make your international money transfers via our Online service. However, in some cases there may be a charge placed by your recipient’s bank to receive the money, which is out of our control.

Yes, but you are required to do this within a 24 hour period and you should be aware that a cancellation could incur a cost due to moves in the exchange rate.
